Our Screen Printing Services Process

STEP 1 :

Welcome to Print My Tee! We started in 2013 with the sole purpose of delivering high quality screen printed t-shirts. Over the course of 6 years, we have printed more than 100,000 t-shirts! Throughout all these years, we have optimized our process to make it as simple as possible for our customers. We bet you'll have a great experience working with us.

STEP 2 :

We take a close look at every design to identify what works and what doesn't. Our in-house designers carefully separate the colors into individual screens, tidy up your artwork, and prepare your design for printing. For new orders of five or more pieces, we'll send you a digital mockup copy of the updated work and ask for your approval before printing begins. If you need to reorder any quantity, just get in touch with us at contact@printmytee.in and we'll be happy to help.

STEP 3 :

Great job on your design! Here's what we'll do next: each screen will be "inked up" with the approved color, and then we'll print your shirt in the correct color order. To make sure your design looks great, we use a flash-drying process between each individual screen. This ensures that the colors stay crisp and don't bleed together.

STEP 4 :

After printing and curing, we send them for heat fusing with a high-temperature setting. This ensures that your print merges well with the fabric and gives a soft feel. This process makes for a thorough and even curing of the ink to the fabric, which ensures that your design won't crack, fade, peel or wash off.

STEP 5 :

We take pride in ensuring that every t-shirt you receive is of the highest quality. Our floor managers conduct thorough quality assurance inspections on each shirt. Once they give their approval, we're ready to ship your order!

STEP 6 :

We love delivering your order right to your doorstep! As soon as we receive your order, we'll make sure to give you a guaranteed delivery date and send you an email confirmation once it's all set.
