Q: Do you have a minimum order number?
No! We proudly work with everyone from single individuals to some of the biggest and best companies, organisations, and groups. Whether you’re looking for 1 garment or 100,000, we’re happy to help.
There are some products that do require a MOQ.
Q: How does your sizing work?
Sizing varies from brand to brand and garment to garment. We will share a size chart with you so that you get the right size.

Q: How can I add custom names and numbers to my design?
Adding names and numbers to your design is simple with our custom Excel Sheet. All you need to fill is
1. Size of T-shirt
2. Name to Print on that Size.
3. Number to Print on that Size.
We will handle the rest.
Q: Can you ship my order to multiple recipients?

Q: What is the average turnaround time for embroidered apparel?
We guarantee our customers some of the quickest turnaround in the industry, delivering orders 5 to 7 business days after they’re received. However, if you need your products sooner than that (we understand that things happen), we can accommodate even the strictest of deadlines. Q: What kind of thread do you use?
While there are a few different types of threads used in the process, two types stand out the most in commercial embroidery – rayon and polyester. Which one is “better” depends mostly upon personal preference and the desired final product. Some prefer the natural shine of rayon, while others prefer the resilient vibrancy of polyester. Regardless of your preference, we aim to provide our customers with as many options as possible – so we offer both.
Q: How big can my design be?

Q: Can you embroider my logo?
If you need something embroidered, we are the best people for the job. Our team of top-tier artists and designers are more than happy to work with you to make your design feasible. Q: How quickly can you produce digitally printed t-shirts?
Some orders can be printed and shipped in as little as 24 hours, but the standard is 5 to 7 business days with free shipping.

Q: Can I order digital printing on black garments?
Yes! While many companies only offer DTF services on lighter t-shirt colours, Print My Tee can accommodate any order, light or dark, large or small.
Q: What kinds of images are best for digital printing t-shirts?
Many factors affect an image’s digital printability, but a basic rule of thumb is: The higher the resolution, the better. Our machines are the best in the business and produce the highest quality prints available, but those prints are only as good as the photos upon which they’re based.
Q: What file type do I need to have Direct To Film Print?

SCREEN PRINTING FAQ
Q: What kind of ink do you use?
We use the highest quality plastisol inks available. We prefer plastisol inks because they’re exceptionally versatile and very rarely need any kind of adjustments, they do not dry unless properly cured, and they’re very durable. Using plastisol ensures that your shirts will last for years of continued wear and wash.
Q: Do you offer water-based inks?
Yes! We aim to please, and that means offering our customers the best of everything. Water-based inks are certainly available upon request. Please contact us to discuss options for water-based ink printing.
MOQ OF 100 PER DESIGN IS REQUIRED FOR WATER BASED INKS
Q: Will your screen printing come off in the wash?
Absolutely not! The high quality inks we use, mixed with our time-tested screen printing and drying processes, means your shirts will stand up to the tests of time.
Q: Do you only print t-shirts?
No way! While t-shirts are definitely our top-selling product, we print on a multitude of products, including sweatshirts, hoodies, caps , bags, pens, women’s apparel, and more.

Q: How Durable Is The Print Quality For Custom Names And Numbers?
Your custom names and numbers will last for a very long time, usually lasting as long as the shirt itself! Because the vinyl material is flexible, they’ll move and stretch with you while resisting cracking or peeling.
Q: How Many Shirts Can I Order With Custom Names And Numbers?
We can add individualisation to as few as 3 items and up. We accommodate 100+ piece orders with custom names and numbers regularly for schools or groups!
