Our Print-It-Right Guarantee makes it quick and easy:

  • If your order contains items that are printed materially different than your final design or on incorrect products, we will reprint those incorrect pieces for you. We will also pay for the shipping so that your return doesn’t cost you a dime.
  • If for any reason we try and are unable to reprint those pieces correctly, we will refund you for those pieces.
  • 5-7 working days are taken to process the refund and credit the amount to the customer’s bank account once those pieces are received.
  • We will pay for shipping and you will be refunded upon receipt of your returned items.
